Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NuAura CRM, provided by Nuaura Co. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

NuAura is software for managing clients, pipeline, appointments, estimates, invoices and payments. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• Access is granted by Nuaura Co. or by the business that invites you.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.

Your data

You own the information you put into NuAura. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store your clients' information and to contact them by email or text.

Payments

Payments to your business are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Subscription fees for NuAura, if any, are billed as agreed with you. Charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Don't use NuAura to send spam or unlawful messages.
• Don't try to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

Optional connections such as Google Calendar are governed by those providers' terms as well as ours. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep NuAura running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Nuaura Co. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using NuAura at any time. Email us to close your account and delete your data. We may end access for accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
