Privacy Policy

NuAura CRM ("NuAura", "we", "us") is customer relationship management software operated by Nuaura Co. Businesses use it to manage their clients, pipeline, appointments, estimates, invoices and payments. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

Who this covers

• Account users — business owners and team members who sign in to NuAura.
• Their clients— people whose details a business stores in NuAura, or who fill out a business's form, accept an estimate or pay an invoice. For this information the business is in control of it, and we process it on their behalf.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business records you enter or receive: client names, emails, phone numbers, notes, form answers and photos, appointments, estimates, invoices and pipeline stages.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only payment status, amounts and Stripe reference IDs.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as log entries and error reports.

Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account, NuAura requests access to your Google Calendar and your Google email address. We use this access only to provide calendar features you turn on:

• Read your calendar's busy timesso clients aren't offered appointment times when you're already booked.
• Create, update and cancel calendar events for meetings booked in NuAura, including adding a Google Meet link and inviting the attendees you choose.
• Show your Google email address so you can see which account is connected.

We store the access tokens Google issues so these features keep working, encrypted in transit and held in our database. We do not read the contents of events for any other purpose, and we do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, transfer it to others (except as needed to provide the features above, to comply with law, or with your consent), or use it to train AI or machine learning models. Humans do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

NuAura's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from the Calendar page in NuAura, or revoke access in your Google Account settings. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens.

How we use information

• To provide the service: storing records, sending estimates, invoices, receipts and reminders, and syncing calendars.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent abuse.
• To contact account users about their account or important changes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers who process data only to run NuAura for us:

• Vercel (hosting and file storage) and Neon (database)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (text messages)
• Google (calendar sync, only when you connect it)
• Anthropic (the optional website booking assistant, which receives the visitor's messages and available time slots — never Google Calendar event details)

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as the business's account is active. A business can delete clients, invoices, estimates and other records at any time. To close an account or ask for your data to be deleted, email nuauracodigital@gmail.com. If you're a client of a business that uses NuAura, contact that business first — they control your records — and we'll help them act on your request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and each business's data is kept separate from every other business's. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.

Children

NuAura is a business tool and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell account users about significant changes.
